Selling on e-World Fashion 

Selling, renting and trading your Fashion and Accessories on e-World Fashion is a simple and great way to make money off of all the new and used clothing items taking up space in your closet, in addition to being a great opportunity for both individuals and companies to grow their brand and increase their sales. 

All sellers must subscribe in order to be eligible to list merchandise on the marketplace e-World Fashion. The Subscription cost is a flat payment of $2.60 +$0.39 PayPal fees + 6.625% New Jersey Sales Tax  which will be charged after the initial 15 day trial period. After the trial period has expired and the first payment will be charged to your account the $3.19 monthly subscription fee will recur every 30 days.  

The website is free to use for buyers. For the sellers, they has to pay only 5% commission fees on all items sold. 
You can list to sell, rent and trade new and used clothes and accessories and number of listings a seller can post is unlimited. Whereas other platforms charge upwards of 10% commission and charge items listing.
e-World Fashion only facilitates the listing of items that fall under the FASHION AND ACCESSORIES category of sales, any listings that do not meet such criteria will be removed from the platform.

Our Website allows Subscribers to effortlessly list their products in a timely and cost efficient manner. Whether you’re selling, renting or trading, doing so online is the most effective means of moving your merchandise and with the help of e-World Fashion you can instantaneously connect with a large number of users interested in the fashion you’re looking to sell. In order to maximize the likelihood of your listing being sold, it’s important to include accurate and clear photos as well as a very detailed description of your item. Each listings description should contain the following indicators: Color, Size, Material, Brand and Condition.
The photos you choose to include in your listing should be clear, accurate, and display the current condition of the item. After that you must connect the e-World Fashion platform with your PayPal for financial transactions.

1. How do I create an Account?
If you do not currently have an e-World Fashion account but you’re interested in using our marketplace to buy or list, it’s important that you create one as soon as possible. To create an account, click the sign up link located in the top right corner of the e-World Fashion Homepage and follow the steps given to set up your account. After filling out all the necessary sections of the sign up form be sure to check your email for an activation link (Check your spam folder in addition to your inbox). IF YOU DO NOT CLICK THE ACTIVATION LINK IN YOUR EMAIL, YOUR ACCOUNT SETUP WILL NOT BE FINALIZED. After confirming your account, you’ll have access to the Seller Subscription Program if you’re interested in listing an item.

2. I’m interested in making a purchase, but I don’t plan on listing any items. Do I still have to create an account? 
Yes, creating an account is what allows e-World Fashion to oversee and facilitate transactions between the user and the seller. However, if you’re only interested in browsing our site, you can do so without an account.

3.How much does e-World Fashion charge in commission? 
For the sellers, e-World Fashion is waiving the normal 5% commission fees on all  listed items until 06/30/21. 
You can list to sell, rent and trade new and used clothes, shoes, accessories and you can sell and buy perfumes and beauty products. Number of listings a seller can post is unlimited. Whereas other platforms charge upwards of 10% -12%  commission and charge items listing.

4.How do I sign up for the Seller Subscription?
If you don't have an account, first see “How do I create an account?” After your account has been created you can sign up to become a seller by clicking the “+ Post a new listing” tab located in the top right corner of the homepage. You will then be asked to sign up for the Subscription program where you will be led through a few steps to activate your 15-day trial period as a seller. After your trial has been activated you’ll be able to post listings on the marketplace. Following the expiration of the 15 day trial period your default payment method will be charged a subscription fee of $2.60 which recurs every 30 days following the initial payment, posting unlimited items for $2.60.
After that you  have to set up you account with PayPal.

You can  cancel your subscription any time.

5.How can I set up my account on PayPal?

Sellers can connect their PayPal accounts in their user profile's payment settings. You can find step-by-step instructions in

6.How many items can the seller post on the e- World Fashion platform?
The number of listings a seller can post is unlimited.

7.Can I list a used item for sale?
Yes, with the exception of swimsuits, swimwear, socks, loungewear / pajamas, lingerie, underwear. 

8.Can I put my return policy in my description?
Yes, you can include it in profile description- Profile> Edit Profile> Description. You can add it to your text box as text or as a link. 
e-World Fashion is not responsible for returns. 

9.Can I put my logo on my profile? 
Yes, You can include it in profile description- Profile> Edit Profile> Description. You can add it to your text box as an image or as a link. 

10.Is it easy to set up a listing account on e-World Fashion? 
Yes, sellers have all the simplest and easiest tools at their disposable to create attractive listings. To become a seller please see “How do I sign up for the Seller Subscription?” 

11.What categories can I list for rent?
You can list to rent dresses and bridal clothes on female category.

12.Do I have a promotional period to list?
Yes, when you subscribe for the first time, you have 15 days free to use the platform and after that period you start to pay monthly for the use of the platform.

You must not use other accounts for sales or create new ones when your 15-day promotional period ends. This violates e-World Fashion policy.
For the seller fee, you only pay seller fees when your product is sold, which is a small percentage of the final price. 

13.What kind of listings can I post?
e--World Fashion offers 3 types of listings on the same platform. You can list to sell, rent and trade. For rental listings, at e-World Fashion you can rent dresses and bridal clothes.

14.How do I get everyone to see my listings? 
Using e-World Fashion to facilitate your sales is a great way to access a limitless number of consumers interested in purchasing your products. To ensure your listing has the best opportunity of being sold be sure to include an accurate description and high quality photos.  You must place your return policy as a link or write in the product description panel.  In e-World Fashion you can post more than 13 free photos.

15.How do I choose the best price for my product? 
To calculate a fair price for your product e-World Fashion recommends doing a thorough price comparison with other similar products listed for sale in our marketplace.  

16.After my sale, how do I get paid? 
After your item is sold on e-World Fashion, all payments are securely handled by PayPal. Upon becoming a seller and creating your first listing you were asked to link your Paypal account to ensure you can receive payment. With Paypal linked to your listing, your buyer is able to transfer the designated dollar amount included on your listing directly to your PayPal account. Be patient as it may take a while for your buyer to send payment after purchase, be sure not to ship any products prior to receiving payment.   

17.Sale completed. What is the next step?
You can sell your item with local pickup in mind - just agree on a pickup time and pickup location with the buyer after they  have  paid for the item or  you can follow the Paypal Steps below.

Create and print shipping labels using PayPal 

You can create shipping labels and packing slips on PayPal when you ship by U.S. Postal Service (USPS). You don't need a special label printer - just print the label on a normal sheet of paper and tape it to your package.

Here’s how to create a shipping label from your PayPal account:
1. Click Activity at the top of the page and find the item you want to ship.
2. Click on the transaction you're looking for and then click Ship.
3.Choose either UPS or USPS as your shipping carrier.
4.Enter and review your shipping information then click Calculate shipping.
5.Click Confirm and Pay.
6.Click Print label on the "Finish printing your label" page.

If you have a pop-up blocker installed on your browser, you need to turn off the pop-up blocker to print your label.
Print your shipping label on plain paper and fold at the line. Affix the label using clear plastic shipping tape over the entire label.UPS labels must be purchased with a PayPal balance. If you don't have enough money in your PayPal balance, add money to your account. You can create your label after the money has posted to your account.

Everything must be ready for the carrier to collect your product.

18.What is the best way to pack my product?

How do I pay for labels created with PayPal MultiOrder Shipping?

You can pay for multiple USPS shipping labels with your PayPal account using:

  • PayPal account balance
  • Instant Transfer from your bank account
  • PayPal Extras MasterCard®
  • PayPal Smart Connect
  • Credit or debit card listed on your PayPal account

Please note that a card can only be used when there is no balance and no bank account registered.

Your PayPal account is charged when your shipping labels are printed using PayPal MultiOrder Shipping. The charge for multiple labels is posted as a single PayPal transaction. You can view these transactions by clicking Activity.

1.If I don't receive my product, what can I do?
Contact seller and check PAYPAL USER AGREEMENT - PayPal’s Purchase Protection 

2.How do I create a shipping label to return a purchase to the seller from the PayPal account?

 1. Click Activity near the top of the page.
2. Click the payment for the item you want to return. 
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Transaction Details page and click the Return Shipping Label link. 
4. Complete the form and click Continue. 
5. Make sure the information is correct and click Pay and Continue. Your PayPal account is charged for the label. 
6. Click Print in the return label pop-up window. 
7. Paypal will send you and the seller an email with tracking information to confirm that you’re returning the item.


  • Before you create your return shipping label, ask the seller about return and refund policies.
  • If you choose a different shipping company than the seller used, re-enter your address and shipment information. You can create one return label per transaction.
  • If you don't see “Return Shipping Label” on the Transaction Details page, you can create your label with PayPal MultiOrder Shipping. Log in to your PayPal account and click “MultiOrder Shipping” under My account tools.


1.How do I trade with my item?
You can sign up for an account and post a brief description of your item with several photos. You can also add a note in the description field, stating what you are looking for. Whoever is interested in your item and also has the item you are looking for, needs to open an account and enter into negotiations with you.

 1.How do I rent my item? 
In order to list an item for rent you must first start an account and become a seller. To start an account see “How do I sign up for the Seller Subscription?” After creating an account and becoming a seller you’ll be able to list items for rent. You must include your rental policies in the description field.

FAQ about intellectual Property Policy e-World Fashion 

1.Can I use the name e-World Fashion and logo on my own website?
 You can use the name e-World Fashion to refer to e-World Fashion on your own website. For example, your website can include the phrase: “See my clothes on e-World Fashion!” To use the logo, however, you must have a written trademark license agreement with e-World Fashion.

2.Can I use the e-World Fashion name and logo on my business card?
No, you can't use our logo or name on your business card.

3.Can I use the e-World Fashion logo on my own website to link to my e-World Fashion Store?
No. However, you can use your store's logo in your profile or in the field of the product description.

4.Can I combine e-World Fashion or World Fashion with my Store name to create a new user ID, Store name or domain name?
No, this is against our policy.


1.Do You Have to Charge Sales Tax for E-commerce Sales?

As an online retailer, you may be responsible for sales tax in your state, it is your responsibility know your state’s laws and to charge your buyers the correct amount of sale tax and remit the taxes collected back to the state.
